We start with quadruple filtered ionized 11pH water that is NOT stripped of essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iron that your body uses to naturally regulate its pH. As we know, tea made from naturally brewed tea leaves is high in antioxidants. Your body has a more difficult time utilizing these antioxidants when they are suspended in an acidic liquid. Scientists from around the world have shown that tea brewed with alkaline water has up to three times the oxidation reduction potential as tea brewed with conventional filtered water.
Instead of using unproven sweeteners to stay calorie free and to balance the slightly bitter flavor of real tea leaves, we use raw honey. Just not a lot of it! With only 39 calories per 20 fl oz bottle we found the most palatable balance for our delicately flavored but nutritionally potent tea. Don't ever feel guilty about drinking a six-pack again!

During the market season of 2017 pHtea will only be available at Vermont Farmers Markets and establishments that source a majority of their food from local producers. For your health, and wallet's sake, please support your local farmers. Nutrition per dollar - there is no more efficient place to purchase food in America.
